Nipmuc Regional High School

Nipmuc 1:1 Learning Open House
Free ½ day event to support 1:1 implementation
The Nipmuc Regional High School is nearing the conclusion of its first full year as a 1:1 school using iPads with all students in grades 9-12. It has been an exciting opportunity to see the way teaching and learning has been impacted through the integration of technology.

In rolling out the use of iPads by all students and teachers, we received generous support from teachers and administrators from across the state who had already implemented 1:1 programs. Through their guidance and assistance, we were better prepared for all the challenges we faced in this year of learning.

With that in mind, we would like to pay this favor forward by offering other schools the chance to visit our high school - Nipmuc Regional High School - for informational sessions on 1:1 learning.

We are still at the beginning of our 1:1 journey; however, we would like to share our experiences to support other schools in their work to integrate technology.

We will be offering free half-day sessions in which teams of students, teachers, and/or administrators can visit our schools, speak with teachers and administrators, and talk to our students.

The first session will take place on June 4 from 9:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. at Nipmuc Regional High School in Upton, Massachusetts. Guests will have the opportunity to work with teachers and students from the high school in learning about the district’s progress with 1:1 learning.
